Create videos from photos using Photo to Video Converter Free Version
Step1. Import photos to the free video maker
Launch the software and click "Album Photo", find photos from the File Folder List Panel and drag them to "Album Photo" area. Also you can directly drag photos from your computer hard drive to "Album Photo" area.

Step2. Choose transition effects and add background music.
Switch to "Transition & Music" tab, click "Add" to import songs from your computer as background music. Then you can trim the music and arrange song order.
